There is nowhere to run, and we don't want the unpleasantness of engaging with the fight, so we flee into fear and it eats us because we literally have no defense against : vlogbrothers. Stress is most widely defined as the body's response to external events that somehow upset one's internal balance or make a person feel threatened.

From a biological point of view the effects of stress can be positive, neutral or negative. Stress has many forms and impacts people of all ages, social strata, employment and geographies.

Talking About Your Stress: A Simple Way To Put It in. Drugs actually make it harder to cope with stress. And stress can make a person more impulsive and harm their ability to make decisions. Then they’re at increased risk for using drugs and for developing an addiction. All those happy faces on social media can be misleading; even if they don’t talk about it, everyone deals with stress.

Stress and overwhelming feelings. When faced with a challenging situation or stressful event, our bodies respond by bringing about physical changes that often help us to react to the challenge presented.

However, if the stress is ongoing and the physical changes do not subside, we may feel overwhelmed and unable to cope. Today, stress is recognized as one of the main health problems.

I can talk and talk and talk, probably get tired eventually and get over it. And overtime, I have come to realize that there are some people that are just awesome when it comes to relieving stresses.
